Gas Prices Reach Lows Not Seen Since 2010

-Gas prices are at lows not seen since 2010.For many places in our area, gas is hovering around $3.05, but other areas in Wisconsin have seen prices fall below the $3.00 mark.
In the past month, gas prices have dropped 30 cents; the steepest decline since 2008. According to AAA, the drop is a result to the abundant oils supply, special winter blend fuels and low demand.
The price of crude oil has dropped sharply, down $25 per barrel since June. The AAA predicts gas prices will continue to fall into 2015, but the drop will likely not be as steep as the drop we've seen. Gas prices are expected to go back up in spring.
