Urgent Need for Blood Donations, Red Cross Blood Drive in Granton Today

-There is a Red Cross blood drive at the Granton High School today from Noon to 5pm in the Central Gym.October has been challenging and at this point they need all blood types. The Red Cross encourages healthy individuals who are at least 17 years old, 16 with signed parental consent form, and weigh 110# or more to come on in and share some of their good health. Historically, Granton has been very successful with their blood drives and the Red Cross needs you NOW.
In addition, Granton HS participates in the American Red Cross Scholarship Program and their successful blood drives help earn scholarships for deserving students each year.
Walk-ins are always welcome and needed, but if you wish to schedule an appointment, please call 1-800-Red Cross.
