3rd Friday Numbers Discussed at Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board heard their 3rd Friday numbers at their meeting on Monday.Enrollment numbers for the District, as of September 19th show the district with 513 students attending school.
For the purposes of their state aid and revenue limit they need to calculate FTEs by removing the students who are there under open enrollment, which is 32, and adding the students who are open enrolled out, which is 28.
The district also has to adjust for the part time students they have which include Early Childhood and 4K students. The district's FTE count for 2014-15 is 497.
The board was also told that the Department of Revenue notified the district that the property valuation in the district is $203,755,430. This is about .15% lower than in 2013.
