Stanley Man Turns in $1 Million Powerball Ticket

-A Stanley man finds himself $1 million richer after turning in a winning Powerball ticket in Madison.To be more specific, Robert Bogard will receive $673,500 after taxes with the Stanley Travel Stop, where Bogard bought the ticket, receiving a $20,000 commission from the lottery.
Bogard turned in the ticket on Tuesday afternoon and he's scheduled to appear in a news conference today. The winning numbers for the October 18th drawing were 20, 26, 27, 36 and 54.
