Neillsville City Council Approves Two Items During Public Works Portion of the Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council approved a couple items during the Public Works portion of the meeting.The first was to move the date of the Public Works meeting on November 11th to November 10th, just like the Common Council meeting, because of Veteran's Day on the 11th.
The second was to approve a Wasterwater Screening Equipment Engineering Agreement with AECOM. Starting in the spring of 2015, AECOM will retrofit screening equipment onto the city's sewer plant to help collect "rags" that cause breakdowns at the city's sewer plant.
Also, Clerk-Treasurer Rex Roehl informed the council that both the water and sewer plant are holding their own and are on track to make their next loan payment.
