Clark County Health Department Offering Flu Clinics, Part 1

-The Clark County Health Department is going to be offering flu clinics throughout the county.

Brittany Mews of the Clark County Health Department talked about where and when the clinics are going to be held.

Brittany said, "The Clark County Health Department is going to be offering flu clinics throughout the county providing flu vaccinations free of charge to all children regardless of insurance status. This means any individual 18 years of age or younger is eligible. Children under the age of 18 need to have a consent form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian."

She continued, "The Clark County Health Department will be holding flu clinics at the following locations which include the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen the Multipurpose Room on Monday, October 20th from 2:00pm-6:30pm; the Abbotsford Elementary School in the Conference Room on Tuesday, October 21st from 3:30pm-6:00pm; the Loyal Elementary School in the Conference Room on Thursday, October 23rd from 3:30pm to 6:00pm; the Greenwood Middle/High School Library on Monday, October 27th from 3:30pm-6:00pm; and the Neillsville High School Auditorium on Thursday, October 30th from 3:30-6:00pm."

Once again those clinics are free for children 18-years-old and younger. Adults can receive a flu shot at the clinic as well with the cost being $30.
