Greenwood School Board Approves Several Donations

-The Greenwood School Board approved several donations at their meeting on Monday.The board accepted a $403.15 donation of paint and a mural design from Jodi Sorenson and they approved a donation of 200 pounds of grass seed, the cost being $1.80 per pound and coming out to $360, from Randy Kitzhaber.
The board also accepted a donation of school supplies from the Women?s Auxiliary, a $150 donation of school supplies and back packs from Representative Kathy Bernier and a $75 donation of school supplies to the middle/high school from Linda Sipiorski of Greenwood Housing.
A filed trip to Louisville, Kentucky for the FFA was also mentioned as were the Youth Options. The board also set a meeting date in October to review the 300 Series of School Board Policies.
Finally, the board heard the Seclusion and Restraint report, as required by Wisconsin Statute, and Greenwood had no incidents where seclusion or restraints were required. The board also reviewed the Resolution for Revenue Limit Exemptions for Energy Efficiencies.
