Bruce Prust, Service Manager at Bauernfeind Business Technologies, Inc. in Marshfield, was presented with the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve ?My Boss is a Patriot? Award Tuesday by George Kantz, a representative of the ESGR.The award was in recognition of Prust?s support of SFC Robert Potter, Company ?A? 120th FA, of Stevens Point, a service technician at Bauernfeind Business Technologies, Inc. Potter nominated Prust for the award.
The award reflects the efforts made to support Citizen Warriors through a wide range of measures, including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families and granting leaves of absence if needed, according to the ESGR
