Employment Matters at Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board discussed employment matters at their meeting on Monday.Janice Weideman tendered her resignation from her Food Service/Custodian position. The board unanimously approved her resignation and extended thanks for her years of service to the District.
The board also unanimously approved the hiring of Susan Kalepp and Belinda Stratton in Cook I positions.
The board also heard the Seclusion and Restraint Report for the 2013-14 school year. As required by state law, District Administrator Bob Houts reported to the board that seclusion and restraint were needed to be used one time during the previous school year and the one occurrence involved a special needs student.
