Clark County Man Appears in Court for Sexual Assault

-A Clark County man appeared in court on Wednesday for sexually assaulting a young girl.The 8-year-old girl said the man, from Chili, sexually assaulted her 40 to 50 times within the past year and a half. The man did admit to investigators that he touched the girl, but he said that she asked him to do it.
The man?s $2,500 cash bond will continue and he will appear in court again in October for a preliminary hearing. He?s been charged with one count of repeated sexual assault of the same child.
