Personnel Items Approved at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council took care of some personnel items during their Tuesday meeting.A Personnel Committee Meeting was held before the regular Common Council Meeting. During the committee meeting, the council agreed to recommend to the Police and Fire Commission to begin looking for Neillsville Police Chief Brad Lindner?s replacement as he will be retiring at the end of the month.
They also approved hiring Christopher Zachow as a part-time employee for the Public Works Department. Both items were then approved by the Common Council.
The council also approved accepting a $10,000 donation from Clark County which will be used for various projects at the airport.
