Handbook and Policy Changes at the Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board approved several handbook and policy changes at their meeting on Monday.The district approved the Mentoring Handbook, the Teacher Handbook updates, the Support Staff Handbook updates, the changes to the 100 Series of the School Board Policies, the changes to the 200 Series of the School Board Policies and changes to the Fitness Room Advisor.
The board also approved the 2014-2015 food service item prices, authorized the sale of items to be sold to the highest bidder and approved the Clark County Developmental Service Contracts which included dish washing and vacuuming.
Finally, the board heard a 2014-2015 preliminary budget update, set a meeting for the policy committee and set the day and time for their regular September Board Meeting as well as the district?s annual meeting.
