Colby Man Charged with 5th OWI

-A Colby man was charged for his 5th offense drunken driving on Thursday.

53-year-old William Sturm was arrested for 5th offense OWI on Thursday. The Marathon County Judge set a $1,500 signature bond against Sturm.

If convicted for the charge, Sturm could face a maximum of 6 years in prison, a $10,000 fine or both.

He will appear in court again later this month.
