Greenwood Man Appears in Clark County Court for 7th Offense OWI

-A Greenwood man appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday for an initial appearance regarding drunken driving charges.32-year-old Terry Scherr was arrested at the beginning of July after he was witnessed driving an ATV toward the witnesses? ATV at a high rate of speed and swerved at the last minute to avoid a collision. The incident happened near Colby Factory Road on July 7th.
Scherr has been charged with his 7th offense OWI, 7th offense of operating with a PAC, operating while revoked and disorderly conduct.
He is behind bars on a $10,000 cash bond and he?ll appear in court again this month.
