Tuesday, May 13th, 2014 -- 9:53 AM

-One of the teens allegedly involved in a series of burglaries in Taylor County will have his bond forfeited after being arrested again for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas Draszkiewicz, of Medford, and Johnathan Kuy, of Wausau, have been charged for breaking into the Farm and Home and Hickory Nutz Sausage in November. Kuy has also been charged with breaking into Happy Joe?s Pizza.

Draszkiewicz was arrested at the end of April for possession of drug paraphernalia. He has been charged with possession for this incident and charged with felony bail jumping as he broke conditions of his $3,000 signature bond set during the theft case.

Draszkiewicz will now appear in Taylor County Court at the beginning of June for an initial appearance regarding the possession and bail jumping charge and he will be back in court at the end of June for a bond forfeiture hearing for the theft charges.

Kuy is currently in custody in the Marathon County Jail due to charges he?s also facing in Marathon County.
