Wausau Teen Appears in Taylor County Court for Burglary

-One of the teens allegedly involved in a series of burglaries in Taylor County appeared in court on Friday.Johnathan Kuy, of Wausau, and Nicholas Draszkiewicz, of Medford, have been charged for breaking into the Farm and Home and Hickory Nutz Sausage in November. Kuy has also been charged with breaking into Happy Joe?s Pizza.
Kuy did appear in Taylor County Court on Friday. His attorney and the Taylor County District Attorney were unable to reach a deal. Kuy?s attorney also felt there was an issue regarding his client?s competence and the court ordered a competency evaluation for him.
Kuy is in custody in the Marathon County Jail due to charges he?s also facing in Marathon County.
