Wausau Man Sentenced for Selling Drugs to an Informant

-A Wausau man was sentenced for selling drugs to an informant on 3 occasions.20-year-old Joshua King of Wausau was arrested near Abbotsford on Highway 29 back in January. King and another man would allegedly pickup cocaine in Minnesota and sell it in the City of Wausau. Detectives located a large amount of cash, a glass pipe, and marijuana when he was stopped.
King reached a plea deal and pleaded guilty to four counts which included delivering cocaine. Three other charges were dismissed but read into the record.
King will spend more than a year in jail and will be on probation for 7.5 years after.
