The Calendar Says Spring, Mother Nature Says Otherwise

-The calendar says that Spring begins on Thursday, but, based on the weather we may say later today and into tomorrow, you wouldn?t know that.The Wintery storm isn?t expected to begin until Tuesday evening. The day will be relatively mild with temperatures in the upper 30s or low 40s and cloudy skies.
Later on, when the precipitation moves in, it could be rain, snow, or both. The farther north you go, the more snow you?ll see and, of course, the farther south, the more rain. Our area is expected to see a mix of both rain and snow, but as the night continues, it?s expected to turn over completely to snow. We could see 1-3 inches for our area.
That snow is expected to continue into Wednesday, which could make the morning drive slick and slippery. Eventually the snow will stop leaving blustery conditions during the day.
