Kindergarten Registration For Neillsville School District

The School District of Neillsville will be holding their Kindergarten Registration for five year olds Monday, March 17th-Friday, March 21st.You may register your child for the Five Year Old All-Day Kindergarten class in the elementary office between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. An evening registration for 5 year olds will be held on Tuesday, March 18th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the elementary office. If you cannot make these times or dates please contact the district office and they will mail the forms to you.
The child may come with you to register, but it is not required and you must bring the child?s birth certificate, print out of all your child?s immunizations and if busing will be needed, we will need to know the pick-up and drop-off points for your child on a daily consistent basis. However, if your child was in Neillsville?s Four Year Old Program for the 2013-14 school year, the first two requests do not need to be done.
The student must be five years of age on or before September 1st, 2014 to be eligible for the All Day Five Year Old Kindergarten Program and it is very important that Neillsville have an accurate student enrollment count for the 2014-2015 school year.
