Greenwood Chamber of Commerce 35th Annual Dinner Meeting, Final

-The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce held their 35th Annual Dinner Meeting on Sunday evening at the Greenwood American Legion.Pat Lindner, Greenwood?s Chamber President, presented a special award to two very dedicated former chamber board members, Edna Kappus and Ron Kowitz.
Pat said, "At this time, I would like to acknowledge two former chamber board members. Edna Kappus has been on the chamber board for many years, roughly about 18, I believe. She never missed a monthly meeting. She was always there to help out with projects and she'll always still help if she's needed. She's got a big heart."
Pat continued, "Also, Ron Kowitz has been on the chamber board for many years. And he still helps out planning this dinner banquet and always takes care of the gift certificates at the bank."
Pat also presented an award to the hosts of the Greenwood Dairy Breakfast last summer, Dick and Marge Rohde. She talked about the worry they had as the breakfast approached and Dick thanked everyone for coming.
Pat said, "It was raining just about every day, but the day of the breakfast it was absolutely beautiful. Appreciation is extended to the 2013 Greenwood Dairy Breakfast hosts, Dick and Marge Rohde."
Dick Rohde said, "I just want to thank everyone who came [to the breakfast] and it sure was a nice day!"
The Greenwood Chamber did vote in a couple new members during the meeting portion of the night. Pam Delo and Jennifer Vogler will replace Wayne Dallman and Dean Bogdonovich on the Board of Directors.
