No New Leads on Marshfield Jogger's Attack

-The Marshfield Police Department still has no leads on an attack that happened to an 18-year-old jogger.On Monday, an 18-year-old Marshfield woman was jogging at 3:30am in the 1200 block of North Chestnut, when someone came up behind her, turned her around and punched her in the eye before running off. Other than the punch, the attacker did nothing else.
The jogger always runs at that time of day because of the hours she works for her job. She was wearing headphones so she didn?t hear her attacker coming nor was she able to get a good look at the person as the attack happened so quickly. She did alter her route slightly that day due to icy sidewalks.
Officers went door-to-door in the neighborhood where it happened asking if residents had seen any suspicious people in the area.
