First Weber Group Realtors Hold Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their New Location

-Local First Weber Group Realtors, Margie Zschernitz and Julie Simek held a ribbon cutting ceremony for their new office located at 211 East Division Street here in Neillsville on Wednesday afternoon.Julie explained to me what brought the move about.
Julie said, "Margie and I have been working together for two years and over the last two years, we've been looking for a location for our building and this one we just kept coming back to. We felt it was the best to serve our customers and the most visibility, obviously, with the traffic count up here on Highway 10."
Julie and Margie had to have a little work done on the building before it was ready for them.
"Basically, the property was a blank shell," said Julie. "We only used the exterior studs of the building. Otherwise everything is new from the plumbing, to the foundation, electrical and the walls. We were able to design our own floor plan, which works really well for us."
There will be someone at the office Monday through Friday.
Julie said, "We will be open every day from 9am to 4:30pm. Someone will be here and, if for some reason we're not, if we get a call for an appointment away, we will have our phone numbers with us and you can contact us at anytime."
