Granton School Board Approves Assistant Baseball Coach

-The Granton School Board hired an assistant baseball coach and approved some maintenance work at their meeting on Monday.The board approved a contract for Noah Werner as their assistant baseball coach. They also approved up to $5,500 to paint the small gym, which would be done this Spring, and they approved the purchase of new signage for the front of the school building, which would identify the main entrances.
The board also approved a post-tax payroll deduction for employees to contribute to the Health Savings Accounts. Establishing two new activity accounts was also approved and they?ll be used for accounting purposes.
Finally, the board approved an overnight trip for the boys? basketball team to Madison for the Boys? State Basketball Tournament, they referred a proposed lease contract regarding a county wireless proposal to the district?s legal representative for review, and that contract will be brought back to board for action, and they discussed summer swimming lesson fees.
