According to the Taylor County Sheriff?s Department, they received a report around 12:45pm, at the end of January, that a man entered a residence and fired a weapon through a window. After authorities arrived, a one hour standoff ensued. Authorities were able to make contact with the man, identified as 42-year-old Timothy Phillips of Medford.
