Greenwood Chamber of Commerce 35th Annual Dinner Meeting, Part 1

-The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce held their 35th Annual Dinner Meeting on Sunday evening at the Greenwood American Legion.Trevor Wuethrich, of Grassland Dairy Products, was the emcee for the evening and he was also chosen as the Greenwood Chamber?s Citizen of the Year for his dedication to the city and his involvement in local events.
Trevor began the meeting by welcoming new businesses to the Greenwood Chamber.
"I'd like to welcome the following new businesses this past year," said Trevor. "They are Behind Bars, Bredlau Electric, Emma Blue's Hair Salon, Family Dollar Store, Kow Kickin' Kafe, Vision's By Jenny, Wolf's Sawmill and Seven Seas Daycare."
Ryan Neville, the new CEO of Memorial Medical Center, also talked about the changes and investment they?re making into the Greenwood MMC Clinic.
Ryan said, "We are investing in the Greenwood Clinic this year. It is very important to us, not because it's in Greenwood. It's our northern clinic as a hospital in Clark County. We have made this one of our key initiatives that we want to kick off; to have the clinic open to meet the needs of the Greenwood Community within 8 weeks. MMC is starting a new strategic plan. Our goal going forward is to live our mission to be the provider of choice for the area. And by doing that I hope you guys see a difference and look forward to it."
