Memorial Medical Center Announces New CEO

-Memorial Medical Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Neville from his recent position with MMC as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer to President and Chief Executive Officer.Ryan?s position became official at 12:01am this morning. Ryan has been participating in a very interactive and intensive six month orientation with David Baltzer, the Interim CEO of MMC. Mr. Baltzer resigned from his interim position as of the same time Ryan started this morning.
Mr. Baltzer said, ?During his orientation, Mr. Neville has been dedicated, hardworking and has shown exceptional abilities. I have the utmost confidence in the leadership he will provide to MMC, as it continues to serve Clark County for years to come.?
Mr. Baltzer offered words of praise to MMC, Neillsville and Clark County.
"Neillsville and Clark County are wonderful communities," Mr. Baltzer said. "You have a great healthcare system here and it's an ideal structure with the physicians and the hospital all being part of one team. Its been a great pleasure working with the board of directors, all of the staff and the community. I appreciated your support, Riley. I know there was a lot of good communication and one great example of how this community pulled together was during the water shortage issue. That's just one example of the pleasure of working with a wonderful community like this."
Mr. Neville is looking forward to the adventure of running MMC as its new CEO.
"Memorial Medical Center has a real opportunity to meet the community needs," said Mr. Neville. "The new strategic plan and a new vision. Our focus going forward is better service and great quality and I look forward to the adventure."
Ryan also said, ?I am so happy to be a part of the community and look forward to giving back as that is an inherent part of my personal and professional leadership philosophy, service above self.?
