Stratford Woman Injured in Marshfield Crash

-A Stratford woman was injured in a head-on collision near the intersection of West Veterans Parkway and Oak Avenue on Monday.According to the Marshfield Police Department, 38-year-old Cherada Shanks of Stratford was driving south on North St. Joseph Avenue, and was crossing the intersection with Veterans Parkway, when a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Janice Lentz of Marshfield turned onto Veterans Parkway from South Oak Avenue. The two vehicles collided with one another.
Shanks was transported to St. Joesph?s Hospital with chest pain. She was treated and released. Lentz was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
