Important Dates Discussed at Greewood School Board Meeting

-Some important dates were discussed at the Greenwood School Board Meeting on Monday.The elementary school will have child development day on February 26th and if you have any questions, they ask that you please direct them to Lisa Susa. Also, Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, February, 27th and Greenwood doesn?t have school on February 28th.
A couple donations were accepted, including some scrap tubing from MEC Tube in Neillsville and six remote control cars from CVTC.
In employment matters, Brandon Petersen was approved as the Golf Coach and Steve Renfree was approved as the High School Forensics instructor. The board approved the resignation of 5th grade teacher Erin Walbrun and 3rd grade teacher Kristine Wojner.
Finally, a Family Medical Leave request was approved for Nick Akers.
