Black River Falls Student of the Month

Congratulations to Black River Falls student Betsy Olsen for being nominated student of the month by Tony Boerger and the social studies department.

Mr. Boerger said, “this is my first time having Betsy in class and I’ve been nothing but impressed. Betsy did not do as well as she wanted on the first unit test, so right before a second test, she asked me if I would review with her before school. That test went a little better. Before the third test, she asked me what else she could do to improve, so I gave her an old study book I had.

That time she did even better and it has continued ever since. Betsy also contributes in class and is attentive and courteous to her fellow students.”
