Black River Falls Man Headed To Trial

The Black River Falls man accused of killing his girlfriend is headed to trial.A judge in Jackson County has found probable cause to hold 36-year-old Michael Harmon for trial in the fatal shooting of Angela Nelson. The 34-year-old woman was found dead in the bathtub of her Black River Falls home last June.
Harmon told police Nelson took the gun he was carrying and waved it in his face. He said he then struggled with Nelson to get it back, but the gun went off, striking Nelson.
An arraignment date has not been set
