One Vehicle Accident Near Osseo

-There was a one vehicle accident on I-94 near Osseo on Tuesday.The crash occurred just after 10am on Tuesday near Mile Marker 88 on I-94 near the vicinity of Osseo.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, 55-year-old Roy Gunn of Camp Douglass was heading west when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a guard rail.
Gunn was transported by ambulance to an Eau Claire hospital with minor injuries. Gunn?s wife, 51-year-old Sylvia Gunn, was airlifted to an Eau Claire hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The interstate was closed for about 35 minutes while the chopper was brought in. The State Patrol said that the roadway appeared to be in good driving condition at the time of the crash, but a closer inspection showed the area was glazed over with ice.
