Local Dairy Producers Chosen for Dairy Business Milk Marketing Cooperative Board of Directors

-(Marshfield Ag Connection) Two Marshfield-area dairy producers have been chosen to serve three-year terms on the Dairy Business Milk Marketing Cooperative board of directors.According to the Marshfield Ag Connection, Jerry Meissner was re-elected to the panel, while Steve Sternweis is a newcomer to the board.
Meissner has been serving as the president of the Dairy Business Association for the past seven years. He is one of the owners of Norm-E-Lane, Inc., a 2,200-cow dairy farm here in Clark County. Sternweis is from Mara-Wood Farms Inc., a 425-cow facility on 1,435 acres in Marathon County.
They join other officers John Pagel, Jim Winn, Mitch Davis, Todd Doornink and Ken Verhasselt.
