Thorp Man Attacks Stanley Resident With a Hammer

-A Thorp man broke into a person?s home and attacked them with a hammer this past weekend.According to authorities, 29-year-old David Corder was arrested Saturday night after he broke into a home in Stanley and attacked the resident with a hammer.
The victim did fire shots a Corder from a handgun, but he wasn?t hit. Corder fled the scene and he was then arrested later at his home.
Corder has a long list of charges filed against him including attempted armed robbery.
Corder is in jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
