Donating Blood is a Lifechanging Holiday Gift

The holiday season is a time for people to reflect on what makes them grateful. Family, friends and good health come to mind for many.Countless patients, however, strive for good health during the holidays, oftentimes in a hospital room, away from family and friends. Blood donations can bring them hope.
All blood types are needed, especially O negative, A negative and B negative.
There are a couple local blood drives happening at the beginning of next week.
There will be a blood drive on Monday, November 25th from 11am to 5pm at the American Legion here in Neillsville. There will be another on Tuesday, November 26th from 12pm-6pm at the Thorp Fire and Ambulance District Station.
