Pedestrian Killed In Abbotsford

Marathon County Sheriff's Department officials now say a pedestrian hit by a semi-truck Saturday morning has died.Officials say at 4:10 a.m. a semi-truck hit a pedestrian on WIS 29 Eastbound at Hiline Avenue in Abbotsford. All lanes were blocked for more than two hours. The pedestrian was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, but later died from their injuries.
The Marathon County Sheriffs Department is still investigating the crash. The names of those involved have not been released.
