Wisconsin Rapids School District Employees Can Bring Guns on School Property

-Wisconsin Rapids School District employees can bring guns on school property, but with some conditions.The weapons must be unloaded and cased in a locked vehicle. The school board gave final approval to the policy change this week.
The board recently approved a series of weapons-related changes, including allowing off-duty police officers to carry weapons on school property and to allow liaison officers to keep weapons lockers in their school offices.
