Wisconsin Cheesemakers Dominate Recent Cheese Competition

-Wisconsin cheesemakers captured the top number of ribbons in the recent American Cheese Society Competition in Madison.Of 1,794 total entries, Wisconsin claimed 81 awards, winning more than any other state or country for the ninth year in a row.
America's Dairyland has 19 first place awards, 25 seconds and 37 thirds.
Holland?s Family Cheese of Thorp was among the first place entry winners.
Wisconsin last hosted the conference in 1998. Next year's competition will take place in Sacramento, California.
