UTV Crash Sends Two to Hospital

The Wood county Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle UTV crash in the township of Hansen on North Road south of County Highway C Friday evening.The driver of the UTV, 27 year old Micheal Brock of Arpin, was transported to by ground ambulance and his passenger, 23 year old Neil Krings of Millidore, was air lifted by Spirit Air ambulance to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. The investigation is continuing but alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
The Sheriff's Department was assisted at the scene by the Pittsville ambulance service as well as Vesper and Richfield first responders.
