Cadott Woman to Face Charges for Hit and Run

-A Cadott woman will face charges for her part in an accident that resulted in the death of a dentist from Stanley.On June 1st, Robert Tschabrun, age 71, was riding his bike outside of Stanley when he was hit killed. After an investigation, they found out that Krista Holler, age 27, was the driver that hit him and she turned herself in last month.
Charges were filed on Friday for the incident and they include homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
The Barron County District Attorney will be prosectuting the case as Holler has a relative employed in the Chippewa County Sherriff?s Department. Authorities felt it would be a conflict of interest if she was tried by the Chippewa County District Attorney.
Holler will appear in court on Tuesday.
