Neillsville Man's Arm Severed During Crash with Dump Truck

-A Neillsville man?s arm was severed after a car vs. dump truck crash.The crash happened on Friday on County Highway H in Chili.
54-year-old Joseph Serafin was driving down the road with his arm hanging out the window when he crossed the centerline and sideswiped a dump truck traveling in the opposite direction. Most of Serafin?s left arm was severed.
The driver of the dump truck, 54-year-old Gary Altman, wasn?t hurt and Serafin was taken to Ministry St. Joseph?s Hospital.
