General Transportation Aids To Local Governments

The Wisconsin DOT is making quarterly payments to 1,923 local governments.More than $124 million in General Transportation Aids will help contruct, maintain and operate local roads and streets.
Nearly $3 million in Connecting Highway Aids will cover municipal maintenance and traffic control costs of some state highways.
Nearly $256,000 in Expressway Policing Aids will support sheriff patrols of expressways in Milwaukee County.
