Nicolet National Bank Ribbon Cutting in Colby

-Nicolet Bank in Colby had a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday afternoon.Several branches of the bank, that serves Wisconsin and Michigan, have opened in our area including here in Neillsville, Abbotsford, and Medford.
Nicolet National Bank purchased Mid-Wisconsin Bank for $10.2 million last fall as Mid-Wisconsin was hit hard by the recession and subsequent slow economy.
Nicolet was started in 2000 and the goal was to build a culture of high-level service and personalized business relationships with customers.
The strategy appears to have worked as Nicolet quickly has risen to become third in deposit market share in its hometown Green Bay area.
At the ribbon cutting in Colby, bank employees, chamber members, and CCEDC members were very excited and happy to have Nicolet in the area.
Nicolet also celebrated its opening in Neillsville by hosting the Neillsville Chamber?s Business After 5 event on Tuesday.
