Several Items Approved at Neillsville School Board Meeting

-Several items were approved at the Neillsville School Board Meeting on Monday.The board approved the district?s AEF Membership as well as a Rural School Membership. John Gaier, Neillsville?s Superintendent, encouraged that membership making the comment that the Rural School group is very active and they do a lot.
Two early graduation requests were approved for two juniors at the district. In order for a student to graduate early, they must meet all the required credit amounts for each subject.
The board approved the investments for the 2013-2014 school year and approved the four local banks in town (Nicolet, BMO Harris, Associated, and Citizens) as the official depositories of the district.
Finally, the board approved a $200 donation from the Dairy Promotions Committee to buy dairy products for the kids in summer school.
