Community Development Block Grant/Public Facility Grant for Clark County Village

-The Department of Administration announced that it is awarding $2.8 million in Community Development Block Grant, Public Facility grants.These awards provide funding for activities such as streets, drainage systems, water and sewer systems, sidewalks and community centers in nine communities across Wisconsin.
?These grants will allow local governments across Wisconsin to improve water systems, streets and other projects in their communities? said DOA secretary Mike Huebsch. ?Improving our communities creates a better Wisconsin.?
DOA?s Division of Housing awards these funds to local governments each year. The funding for these awards comes from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The Village of Dorchester will receive $203,243.
