?Ride to Work? Day On Monday

Monday is international ?Ride to Work? day when people are encouraged to drive a motorcycle or scooter to their job.The number of registered motorcycles in Wisconsin has increased significantly over the last decade, from about 200,000 in 2001 to around 350,000 today.
Scooters are considered ?step through? motorcycles with engines of 50 cc?s or greater and operators must have a license endorsed for motorcycle operation.
All riders are urged to wear proper safety gear, maximize their visibility, and take a rider education course.
