On Tuesday afternoon, Billie Jo Harwick contacted her family by telephone and let them know she was in Madison. Harwick had not been seen since the body of 34-year-old Angela Nelson was discovered in a Black River Falls home on Sunday.

Harwick?s family contacted law enforcement who found Harwick in Madison along with her vehicle, the 2002 Legacy Outback the suspect in the incident was believed to be driving.

Harwick was cooperative with authorities and provided a detailed statement of where she?s been the past several days. Harwick also admitted that she had been in the company of Michael Harmon, the suspect in the incident.

Harmon was last seen in the City of Milwaukee but his whereabouts at this time is unknown. Harmon should be considered armed and dangerous, and is a suspect in the death of Angela Nelson. Authorities are investigating Nelson?s death as a homicide. Anyone with information on Harmon?s whereabouts should contact the Black River Falls Police or local authorities.
