Suspicious Death Investigated in Jackson County

-The Black River Falls Police Department is investigating a suspicious death in the city.The only information at this time is that a Crime Lab vehicle is parked outside a home on Chestnut Street.
Assisting with the investigation is the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation and Crime Lab, Jackson County Sheriff's Department, and Wisconsin State Patrol.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of the family.
More information will be relayed as it becomes available, but the information is closely guarded as not to hinder The Black River Falls Police Department?s investigation or jeopardize the integrity of the investigation.
