Two Vehicle Crash in Jackson County

-There was a two vehicle crash on I-94 in Jackson County on Friday.The crash occurred just after 12:30 on Friday. The Wisconsin State Patrol received a call about a semi colliding with a pick-up truck.
An initial investigation reveals that the crash occurred when the semi driver, John Casey age 27 of Randolph, reached for an item and looked away from the road. When he looked up he was unable to stop or slow in time and struck a pick-up truck in front of him. The pick-up was driven by Cory Nicolai, age 39 of Melrose, and he had two passengers, Aaron Seielstad, age 38 of Rockland, and Nicholas Kunes, age 20 of Melrose.
All three of them received minor injuries in the incident and the semi driver was not injured.
Casey was cited for inattentive driving.
