Marathon County Woman Killed in Car vs. Semi Accident

-A Marathon County woman was killed in a car vs. semi accident north of Stratford on Wednesday morning.The accident happened around 7am on Highway 97 near County Highway P
The 26-year-old woman was killed when the car and semi struck each other head on. The semi jack-knifed and went into the ditch.
The 52-year-old man driving the semi wasn?t injured.
The investigation into the crash continues so police are reluctant to say who?s at fault for the incident. The woman?s name will not be released until her family has been notified.
