Wisconsin Rapids Man Makes Court Appearance for Holding a Gun to His Son's Head

-A Wisconsin Rapids man will go to trial for holding a loaded gun to his son?s head.During a preliminary hearing on Monday, a Wood County Judge determined there was enough evidence for Robert Hass, age 81, to go to trial for the incident.
When officer?s arrived at Hass? home, his son told police that his father had held a gun to his head following an argument over money.
Negotiators were able to get Hass to put the gun outside and he was then arrested without incident.
Hass has pleaded not guilty to the charges of 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct.
Hass' bond was also reduced with the condition he maintain absolute sobriety.
